| 2 | Qualification | ACS and Degree from a recognized university having valid membership from the ICSI. |
| 3 | Experience | The Candidate should have an overall work experience of 3(three) years as a designated Company Secretary and adequate experience in dealing with board matters and company law /SEBI etc. |
| 4 | Age | Minimum 30 years as of 01.08.2024 |
| 5 | Emoluments | Rs. 1,00,000/- per month (consolidate) |
